Mickey Rourke sebagai Marv, seseorang yang ingin membalaskan dendam atas kematian orang yang menjadi cinta sejatinya, Goldie(Jaime King), dan Clive Owen sebagai Dwight, cinta rahasia Shelly(Brittany Murphy), yang menghabiskan malamnya untuk mempertahankan Gail(Rosario Dawson) dan teman sekotanya(Devon Aoki and Alexis Bledel) dari Jackie Boy(Benicio Del Toro), seorang polisi jahat.
